Moda haftalarından başınız döndü değil mi? New York'tan Milano'ya geçtik, şimdi de Paris'teyiz. Adeta yeni koleksiyon bombardımanına tutuluyoruz ve tabi ki bundan ötürü keyfimiz tabiki çok yerinde.

Daha önce de bahsettiğim gibi, dört gözle beklediğim isimler var hep, methiyeler düzdüğüm Gucci gibi..

Bunlardan biri de her zaman Mugler.

Paris Fashion Week'te sergilediği koleksiyonu benim gibi bir Mugler aşığını kalbinden vuracak niteliklere sahipti. Bugün bu post'u hazırlarken üzerimde bu koleksiyona övgü adına giydiğim Thierry Mugler imzalı ceketim var.

We are hopping from one fashion week to another. Started in New York, continued with Milano and now our last destination is Paris. A very happy period for fashion lovers as we are under major new collection showers.

As I mentioned earlier, I got my labels like Gucci, which I look forward to seeing the new collections of.

Mugler is always one them as I am a huge fan of their sculptured silhouttes.

Today I am wearing my Thierry Mugler blazer while writing this post to praise this gorgeous collection.

güzel bir akşam yemeği için buluşmuştuk.

Benim iki ayağımın bir pabuçta olduğu bir güne denk gelmesi sebebiyle fotoğraf makinem evdeydi ama Gökçe sorumluluk sahibi bir blog sahibesi olduğu için

neyse ki onun makinesi çantasındaydı :)

Artık yabancı blogları da takip edebiliyorsunuz. İbrahim'in bir de BenMODA bloggerlarıyla yapmayı planladığı bir projesi var ilkbahar aylarında. Ama sürprizi bozmak istemiyorum.

Hızlı ötesi geçen Ocak ayında katılıp da burada paylaşmayı atladığım bir diğer organizasyon da Wrangler'a ait. Diğerlerinde de zaten fotoğraf çekmeyi unutmuşum (bravo!).

Wrangler, İstiklal'deki House Cafe'de

yeni sezon koleksiyonunu basına özel bir davet ile tanıttı.

Beni şaşırtan, ters köşeye yatıran koleksiyonları seviyorum. Wrangler'ın yeni koleksiyonu da tam bu cinsten. Sadece jean markası olarak yerleşen algım yeni koleksiyonu görünce 180 derecelik bir değişime uğradı.

I literally realised I had forgotten to post two lovely organizations I attended on January today- on Feb 25th- while checking out my photos. Can't believe January ended up, even February is ending up and I feel like it was almost like two days ago

when all these pictures are taken.

The first picture is taken from the lovely blogger dinner gathering at Kanyon shopping mall with Gokce, the creator of Rainbow Gatherer and Ibrahim, the creator of BenMODA (the iphone and ipad application which enables you to follow the blogs

you love when you go mobile). We were both out of office on an extremely cold and snowy Istanbul evening so I really need to congratulate us for our enthusiastic approach towards this dinner. We will be repeating the gatherings and would like to welcome everyone who wishes to attend as well.

The second picture is from the press open day of Wrangler at The House Cafe on Istiklal. The new collection just changed the image of Wrangler's being just a jeans company entirely in my head which is really so cool and surprising to me. The jean shirt is also on top of my shopping list right now. Amazing piece!

There are days you just do not choose to feel black or white.

Gray areas are always safe.

I love it gray.

You do not need to classify any feelings in gray.

Gray in a cool, relaxing, tender way.

Bir süredir blog'u ihmalkarlıktan ötürü yaşadığım suçluluk duygusuyla başbaşaydım.

Bugün kendimi affettiresim var.

Siyah, beyaz, gri benim için üç vazgeçilmez renk.

Genellikle renkli giyinmeyi çok sevmem. Tek renk, daha simple parçaların içinde daha rahatımdır. Kafam sakin olur. Kendimi daha iyi yansıttığımı düşünürüm.

Bugün yine o günlerden biri, tepeden tırnağa (gerçekten tırnaklara kadar) simsiyahım.

Görüntüyü tekdüzelikten kurtarmak için ultra büyük ve hareketli bir kolye tercih ettim.

I know I have been neglecting the blog for a while. Today I feel like making a comeback and ask for forgiveness.

This is one of those days that I wear simply black. I generally wear white, black or gray. These colors make me feel much better.

To avoid any boring one color ensemble I used one of my biggest necklaces to make a statement.

Geçtiğimiz hafta ofisin kapalı olmasından faydalanıp uzun süredir yapmak istediğimiz Kapalı Çarşı ve Çukurcuma gezimizi sonunda gerçekleştirebildik.

Çukurcuma'ya tek kelimeyle bayıldım. Yengeç burcu olmamdan sebep hikayesi, geçmişi olan herşeyi çok seviyorum ve değerli buluyorum. Tabi bu durumda Çukurcuma benim için biçilmiş kaftan.

Son zamanlarda iyice popüler olmasına karşın esnafının mütevaziliğinden hiçbir şey kaybetmemiş. Sokaklarında sakince gezip fotoğraflar çekebiliyor, kalabalıktan uzakta biraz nefes aldığınızı hissediyorsunuz.

Last week taking advantage of the week off we finally realized the Grand Bazaar & Cukurcuma trip. As my sign is Cancer, I am in love with any object that has a past which makes Cukurcuma a heaven for me. Hope you enjoyed the photos! Grand Bazaar pictures next post.
